Good game for Vazquez. Finally playing consistent basketball against a solid, albeit slumping ACC foe. Lets see if he can shake off his A-Rod legacy with a couple of solid games against Virginia and Duke. Perhaps, there’s hope yet for this Vazquez character.

I wonder how long it took that “that guy” to come up with that original gem. I love Vasquez. I love watching him get under the other team’s skin when he is playing well. I love yelling at him through the TV when he is playing like an idiot. I love watching Gary’s reaction when Greivis is playing like an idiot. I’m glad he came back this year. Greivis is the gas on the fire. If he played on any other team in the ACC I’d hate him somewhere between Wojo and Cherokee Parks. But he’s ours, Vasquez is the man, and anyone who thinks the Terps are better off without him is wrong.

GV is the heart and soul of this team. Yeah, he’s cocky and has swagger, but when you’re facing trash like that on the road, you need thick skin and swagger. The bottom line is, GV gives 100% every game, and that should make him a winner in EVERY Terps’ book.
